Change Review - Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Code

The OHS Code establishes minimum standards for safe and healthy practices in Alberta workplaces. Alberta Employment and Immigration (E&I) conducts a review of suggestions for changes to the Code every two years.

You are invited to share your thoughts on draft recommendations. Comments will be used to finalize changes to the Code

To participate in the survey read draft recommendations to changes to the OHS code, and most importantly, please take time to respond to the online survey.

Released on October 23, 2007, The Mature Workers in Alberta and British Columbia: Understanding the Issues and Opportunities discussion document provides a profile of mature workers gathered from 14 large employer and labour groups plus, small and medium-sized businesses in Alberta and British Columbia.
